Norton Extras Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply and govern your access and use of Norton Extras.
Eligibility: You must have a device security subscription with automatic renewal active to receive Norton Extras. If you decide to cancel the renewal, you will immediately lose access to your Norton Extras. If you decide to reactivate the renewal, the Norton Extras benefits will be reinstated.
Benefits: If eligible, you will receive Norton Extras benefits at no extra cost. Benefits may differ per subscription and country, and no compensation will be paid with respect to any unused benefits.
Norton Virus Protection Promise: Your device security subscription must include an antivirus to take advantage of the virus removal service. See complete details.
Norton Computer Boost: This one-time service can be redeemed only once a year before the end of your current subscription period. Standard call rates apply depending on your phone provider.
100GB Extra Cloud Backup: Your device security subscription must include Cloud Backup. The 100GB is added to the total amount of your cloud storage. If you cancel your renewal, any unused GBs from the 100GB will stop being available, and any used GBs will be kept.
Changes: Norton Extras as well as its eligibility criteria are subject to change. We reserve the right to update or end any or all benefits at any time, as well as discontinue Norton Extras.
